Rafael Vinoly, most famous for designing 432 Park Ave, has been tapped to redesign 787 Eleventh Ave as a state-of-the-art office building with car dealerships on lower floors.

Building owner The Georgetown Co has also signed a deal to bring BNF Automotive Group to a 265k SF spread there, which will eventually be the home of a renovated Jaguar Land Rover of Manhattan and a Nissan and Infiniti dealer, according to the New York Post. Each dealership will have its own entrance.

CBRE’s Michael Kadosh repped Nissan and Infiniti, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank’s Brian Goldman repped BNF, and CBRE’s Mary Ann Tighe led a team that included Evan Haskell, Arkady Smolyansky and Ross Zimbalist, which repped Georgetown.

Bill Ackman's Pershing Square Capital will anchor the office portion with 150k SF in the revamped building. Georgetown and an investment fund controlled by Bill Ackman joined forces to purchase the building from the Ford Motor Co for a little over $250M this summer. [NYP]
