EXECUTIVES

Peter Rotchford has joined Holliday Fenoglio Fowler as a director in its NYC office. He’ll focus on fixed and floating-rate debt and equity placement transactions in the greater NYC area. Peter joins HFF from Avison Young, where he was a director in charge of sourcing and placing debt and equity opportunities nationwide.

Kevin Lillis has joined ABS Partners Real Estate as director of property and construction management and administration. He’ll report to director of property management and administration Jay Kreisberg and will work on the day-to-day operations of ABS’ property management division. Kevin’s managed more than 7M SF of commercial property in NYC. Prior to joining ABS, he spent 21 years at Fisher Brothers.

Paul Allegretti has joined Cushman & Wakefield as senior managing director of investor services for the US east region. In his new role, Paul will be charged with accelerating the growth of Cushman’s east region portfolio (the states east of the Rocky Mountains excluding the Tri-State area and Texas). This portfolio currently totals more than 361M SF. He joins Cushman from CBRE, where he held the same title and was responsible for managing the firm’s tri-state portfolio, which grew to approximately 70M SF.
