Bridgestone Comes To Former Hickory Hollow Sears Site

Placeholder

Bridgestone Americas inked a lease for 80k SF of office space at the former Sears anchor store at the Hickory Hollow Mall in Antioch. Brentwood-based Crestview Funds is spending $14M to revitalize the former retail space as office space, creating as much as 175k SF in a market that's short on offices, the Nashville Business Journal reports.

Crestview Funds bought the building at 5244 Hickory Hollow Pkwy for $5M earlier this year, roughly four years after the Sears was shuttered. As yet, it isn't clear how long Bridgestone will use the Antioch space; the company HQ is near the airport, but it will move into a SoBro building upon its completion. Janet Sterchi and Doug Ryan, brokers with Colliers International, are overseeing leasing efforts at the former Sears site. [NBJ]
