Exclusive First Look: Drone Video of Retail at USC's $650M Village

Bisnow just got its hands on this exclusive video showing construction progress at the retail portion of one of the largest developments in LA, USC's $650M Village. The retail portion of the project includes 150k SF, a Trader Joe's, the first Target Express in LA and more. The project at Hoover and Jefferson is scheduled to open in fall 2017. Paragon commercial is consulting with USC, and CBRE is handling leasing.
