Finchatton recently celebrated the topping out of Twenty Grosvenor Square, the luxury apartments scheme on one of central London’s most beautiful garden squares. (Finchatton founders Alex Michelin and Andrew Dunn are shown here at the project.) At the ceremony, it was announced that Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts will be operating the building as its first stand-alone residential project in Europe

When complete in Q2 2018, the former US Naval headquarters building will be transformed into 37 apartments, including penthouses. Amenities include underground car parking, a 25-metre swimming pool, a luxury spa, a gym, a cinema, and of course, one of the most prestigious addresses in all of Europe.

Developers are increasingly turning to luxury hotels to operate their residential projects as premium buyers demand ever more immediate and bespoke service. Langham London recently unveiled a blended hotel-residence concept and Fraser Suites  Kensington teamed up with Mercedes-Benz to give guests and residents the ultimate experience in luxury.
