Fraser Suites Kensington Teams Up With Mercedes-Benz For Outrageous Luxury Experience

London’s hotels are in a luxury arms race, and we might just have found the winner. Frasers Hospitality and Mercedes-Benz have teamed up to launch Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser at Fraser Suites Kensington. The serviced luxury apartments include S-Class gray-silver leather throughout, private terraces, Burmester Sound Systems, a “Black Magic Wall,” which features an integrated smart TV, reflective of the high-tech lifestyle of e-generation travellers. Topping off the distinctive design is the perfume atomiser, which spritzes a smooth and subtle fragrance.

Other indulgences include chauffeur-driven airport pickup in a Mercedes-Benz S or E class, special access to an AMG Simulator for guests seeking an adrenalin rush, as well as exclusive use of the Mercedes-Benz Trek bicycles.

The common brand values between Mercedes-Benz and Fraser Hospitality made the partnership a breeze, Fraser's marketing director, Liyan Wong, tells Bisnow. The cutting-edge technology is partnered with Frasers Hospitality’s high standards of customer service, including a personal meet-and-greet on arrival, fast track iPad check-ins, a welcome hamper with a selection of wine and premium organically grown nuts. The sensory approach of the Mercedes-Benz experience is further extended with an exclusive wine-paired degustation menu for Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser in-room dining that comes complete with a special introduction by the resident chef.

The Mercedes-Benz Living @ Fraser apartments at both Fraser Suites Kensington, London and Capri by Fraser, Changi City/Singapore have been generally well received and have achieved healthy occupancy, Liyan tells us.

She also reveals that plans to roll this out into other markets will depend on the success of this pilot arrangement in London and Singapore. But Liyan tells us the team's identified the next cities on the drawing board and started to look at suitable properties.
