| Denver-based Amstar Group has set its eyes due southeast for its latest acquisitions. Amstar, in a partnership with Huntington Industrial Partners, purchased two distribution warehouses in the Southeast for an undisclosed sum. Both centers are fully leased but are still considered value-add opportunities given that they were bought below replacement cost, says Huntington's Lathan Allen. The partnership purchased 3760 Southside Industrial, a 187k SF warehouse on the outskirts of Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport leased by Pratt Industries, and 1325 Heil Quaker Blvd in Nashville, purchased from Eaton Vance. |
