Belgravia Issued Permit For West Loop Luxury Condo Project

Belgravia is building 70 luxury  condos  at 27 North Aberdeen, Chicago

Condo development activity is brisk in the West Loop, largely driven by Belgravia Group's wildly successful CA luxury condo projects. Belgravia has delivered over 100 condos in the project's first four phases, and has the green light to build 69 more.

The city issued a construction permit for Belgravia to begin building CA Washington. The $27M development at 1045 West Washington also has 78 parking spaces and will be completed in 2018.

The site used to be home to an auto repair shop, and is across the street from where Sterling Bay is building McDonald's West Loop HQ, which scored a foundation construction permit last week.
