Chicago REIT Equity Commonwealth has put two downtown Baltimore office buildings on the market, 25 South Charles St and 111 Market Place. The buildings total 919k SF and are listed with Cushman & Wakefield, the Baltimore Business Journal reports.

Engineering firm RK&K recently said it will move to 111 Market Place, also known as the Candler Building, taking up 116k SF on the fifth and sixth floors. M&T Bank is the anchor tenant at 25 South Charles.

It's the latest office building that has hit the market. The Gallery office tower is up for sale. Vision Properties of New Jersey bought 100 East Pratt for $187M in April. Corporate Office Properties Trust purchased two downtown Baltimore buildings last year, at 100 Light St and 250 West Pratt St. [BBJ]
