Engineering firm RK&K is moving its workforce to the Inner Harbor's Candler Building at 111 Market Place next year.

The company will take up the fifth and sixth floors, totaling 116k SF, the Baltimore Sun reports.

The 105-year-old building's largest tenant, energy giant Exelon, is moving its HQ to the 20-story tower at Harbor Point later this year. JLL is marketing the 153k SF remaining in the building. RK&K employs 1,070, of which nearly half will work in the new building.

RK&K sold its midtown HQ at 81 Mosher St to the Maryland Institute College of Art for an undisclosed sum. The company is also moving employees from 621 Calvert St, where it currently leases space. [Sun]
