| St. John is at it again, having just started construction on the 75k SF 6190 Guardian Gateway in its 416-acre Government and Technology Enterprise (The GATE) project on Aberdeen Proving Ground. It'll deliver in November in Harford County. Dealing with matters closer-in, St. John's Jerry Wit will be among the speakers at tomorrow's Bisnow Baltimore County Summit in Towson. Joining him are county economic development exec director Dan Gundersen, Preston Sheffenacker founder David Sheffenacker, Breenberg Gibbons CEO Brian Gibbons, Mid-Atlantic Properties prez Wayne Gioioso, Eneractive Solutions' Dan Weeden, and Gordon Feinblatt's Ed Levin.
