| Roberts Realty Investors has renewed and extended a nearly $3M loan with Touchmark National Bank for land along Highway 20 in Cumming zoned for 210 apartment units. The loan has been extended until April of next year. The company will make fixed principal payments of $5k/month and a one-time principal reduction of $240k in October, according to SEC documents. | ||

| Ackerman & Co's Josh Baine and Frank Farrell have taken over the leasing for Corporate Forum, a 188k SF Cumberland-area office park that Ackerman and Marcus Partners purchased last year. The property is currently 74% leased, and the new owners spent $600k in capital improvements. | ||
