THE DEAL SHEET

Frankly, Scarlett, we do give a damn. That's why we're reporting it.

Bull Realty's Daniel Latshaw leased a 20k SF former Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead dealership to Miz Scarletts, a Gone With the Wind-inspired women's clothing store. No word if they'll sell Rhett's impressive Civil War sabre.

Numerex Corp inked a 37k SF, 10-year deal  for its HQ at 100 City View. Benchmark Commercial's  Kevin Mitchell  brokered for the tenant and Pope & Land Enterprises' Jackie Gauthreaux  and Jennifer Koontz for the landlord, Granite Properites. Jackie and Jennifer also repped the landlord in Assima USA's nearly 3,000 SF lease for its North American HQ at 100 City View for five years. Commercial Property Profesionals' Tom Kubis repped the tenant.

Sources say that Fox Sports Grill is  leaving Atlantic Station  to an undisclosed new location. The property's owner, North American Properties, disclosed the leasing loss in an email this past week. Despite the loss, the company noted recent  leasing victories  with Meehan's Public House and Yard House.
