One of Atlanta's oldest developers has lured one of Atlanta's oldest brokerage firms to its Midtown Office tower. We learned this morning that Colliers International has inked a 35k SF deal with Cousins Properties to move into Promenade by February of next year. The move consolidates Colliers out of Two Midtown Plaza and 5871 Glenridge Dr in Central Perimeter in favor of Cousins' 774k SF tower, which it acquired in 2011. The move comes as well on the heels ofTishman Speyer bringing Rialto Capital Management into Midtown Plaza to renegotiate the loan on that building out of special service.
