Last night we also headed to the Carnegie Library to celebrate the Best of DC, hosted by the Washington City Paper. A portion of the proceeds benefited Brainfood, a non-profit that teaches cooking and gardening skills to DC teens. We snapped K Street Kate’s Kate Michael, Amoo’s Sebastian Oveysi, who won Best Middle Eastern Restaurant, Butterfly Mixtures’ Michele Hudson, who won Best Mixologist, and Monument Realty’s Michael Darby, and his fiancée Miss DC 2011 Ashley Boalch.

The 500 winners in DC food, drinks, services, entertainment, and places were voted by City Paper readers and chosen by its writers and editors. Here, Capital Pride’s Bernie Delia, The Fleisher Group’s Craig Chase, Wat Massage’s Jorge Cunha, and Unwind Wellness Center’s Antonio Menezed, who won Best Therapeutic Massage.
