Chinatown Office Building Wins TOBY Award

At last night's TOBY Awards, DC's 700 Sixth Street NW office building took home the award for best building in the the 250,000 to 499,999 SF category.

The 12-story, 300k SF Chinatown office building, owned by USAA and managed by Akridge, was built in 2009. It was the only international TOBY, which stands for The Outstanding Building of the Year, for the DC region.
