Our View From One World Trade Center

Don't look down. On Tuesday,Bisnowwas invited to the 100th floor of the not yet fully completed 3M SF 1 World Trade Center in New York, where we snapped this pic. The floor will be part of the three-story One World Observatory (to open in 2015), being developed by Legends Hospitality, a JV between Checketts Partners Investment Fund, the New York Yankees, and (gasp) the Dallas Cowboys. We're not sure if Jerry Jones was in attendance or not, but if he was, we bet he was saying Cowboys Stadium is more impressive.
