CBRE Limited Starts Toronto Transformation with New Management Lineup

CBRE Limited announced that it’s starting a transformational year in Toronto with a new management lineup at the company’s three Greater Toronto Area brokerage offices.

The three new managing directors—Werner Dietl (right), Greg Clark (center) and Adrian Lee (left)—will take their new positions in the next 45 to 60 days, but CBRE says the three brokerage offices will be physically redesigned in the upcoming months in order to maximize “employee collaboration, wellness and productivity through effective space utilization, sustainability, and enhanced flexibility.”

“We have three terrific leaders set to run our offices in the GTA,” CBRE Limited president CEO Mark Renzoni says. “Werner Dietl, Greg Clark and Adrian Lee are innovative, entrepreneurial and have outstanding track records as industry leaders. They are going to build upon our strengths and help our clients transform real estate into real advantage.”

CBRE Toronto Downtown Office managing director and GTA regional coordinator Werner Dietl is bringing both a passion for innovative real estate solutions and a wealth of experience from his successful industrial brokerage career and his tenure as manager of CBRE’s Toronto West Office. Former industrial broker Greg Clark previously managed the Toronto North Office and will be bringing his expertise to Canada’s industrial heartland in CBRE’s Toronto West office. Finally, CBRE Toronto North Office managing director Adrian Lee is the newest member of the management team, following a career in office leasing.

All three say they plan to elevate the company’s platform “as partners and industry leaders by aligning management and resources, and increasing collaboration in order to produce superior client outcomes.” These changes are focused on elevating CBRE’s competitive advantage, people, culture and brand.
