CPEX’s Summer Mentees

The CPEX 10-week Summer Mentorship Program is having another successful summer. Of the 1,000 applicants and 800 interviews, 20 college students participated, including students from Florida State, Washington and Lee, and Middlebury who came from hometowns like DC, San Francisco, and Long Island. The summer started with a bus/walking tour of Brooklyn that included a picnic lunch at Prospect Park (above), and mentees jumped into other jobs like canvassing neighborhoods and retail corridors across the five boroughs, going on showings, cataloguing property info, assisting with research reports and marketing materials, and mock presentations in front of CPEX executives. Students also had weekly tutorials from CPEX employees and heard from speakers from various industries. For more info on our sponsor’s mentorship program, click here.
