CPEX Deal of the Week

What’s in the water along Flatbush Avenue? Whatever it is, CPEX is drinking it. Last week, CPEX completed another sale on Flatbush Avenue, its seventh building sold along that stretch in the past year. The latest was seen through by Associate Director Andre Sigourney and Associate Harrison Balisky of the CPEX Retail Sales Team, who sold a one-story, 15,000 square foot retail building at 2038-2050 Flatbush Avenue for $4.5 million. CPEX has also sold buildings at 1123-1129, 1300, 1739, and 2058-2062 Flatbush Avenue, along with nearby 2175 Clarendon Road. Combined, the properties sold for north of $10 million. In addition, CPEX is also currently marketing properties at 1580 Flatbush Avenue and 2156-2158 Flatbush Avenue for sale, and 1924-1934 Flatbush Avenue for ground lease.
