Building Engines, a provider of web and mobile property management software for the commercial real estate industry, has named Divaris Property Management chief engineer McKinley Ricks as its 2015 Maintenance Hero. This unique competition allowed maintenance techs and engineers to receive some well-deserved recognition for the tasks they do every day. McKinley received the most overall votes and will be featured on the Building Engines Blog. Finalists in each category are:
