Slater Matsil is an innovative, growing firm and the type of tenant we at Caddo love to serve,” says Justin Engler, a principal in the property management and building ownership group that oversees the 260k SF multi-tenant office building in far North Dallas.

“The building and location work well for our growing firm, and the building staff is attentive to our needs, which led to our decision to renew,” said Slater Matsil partner Ira Matsil.

Preston Plaza's high-profile location, surrounded by signature North Dallas communities like Bent Tree, Prestonwood, Preston Trails and Campbell Green, is near the North Dallas Tollway, the President George Bush Freeway, US Highway 75 and Preston Road.

Recent building renovations include ready-to-lease spec suites, lobby and conference center upgrades, and elevator modernization. These augment the state-of-the-art tenant lounge and WiFi, projector, flat-screen display and training-style seating conference center already in place.

JLL VP Blake Shipley repped the ownership group, an affiliate of Caddo Holdings.
