You’re close to everything in Charlotte, but you don’t feel like you’re somewhere overly urban when you look out the window. You’re really getting the best of both worlds."

According to the CBRE team, building use is very diverse, and its interiors lend itself to creative or tech companies searching for a Silicon Valley-esque vibe. It could also easily suit the needs of a more traditional financial services company. No matter the tenant, one thing is certain: Coliseum Centre Five will not be available for long!
