Streaming Company Twitch Signs Lease At 350 Bush

Twitch, popular for live-streaming video games, will expand at 350 Bush in a 185k SF office in San Francisco’s Financial District.

The Twitch deal marks the third-largest such deal of the year, reports the San Francisco Business Times. Lincoln Property and financier Gemdale were building the property on spec, and Twitch’s signing bodes well for the 372k SF office tower.

The terms of the deal were attractive for Twitch, since taxes, insurance and maintenance costs are excluded. Amazon (Twitch’s parent company) was able to negotiate favorable terms due to a strong credit rating. [SFBT]
