The 32-story tower offers 409 units and was brought to market by Multi-Employer Property Trust (MEPT), Bentall Kennedy and Golub & Co.

Executives at Bentall Kennedy stressed the strength of San Francisco’s multifamily market and the location of Solaire. “Its proximity to the Transbay Transit Center makes it an ideal choice for San Francisco young professionals who want to be near the waterfront and downtown San Francisco while enjoying an easy commute to Silicon Valley," said Bentall Kennedy EVP David Antonelli.

The site was originally owned by San Francisco, and the city selected Golub & Co to develop the project. "We're thrilled to open the doors of Solaire to its first residents and are confident that Solaire will be the premier destination for San Francisco renters seeking luxury living in a true live/work/play neighborhood for many years," said Golub & Co CEO Lee Golub.
