Last week we asked for your outlook for Philly in '14 in 25 words or less, and first out of the gate with a thoughtful answer was Gebroe-Hammer Associates SVP Eli Rosen, who tells us, "Philadelphia's appeal to the post-graduate, young hipster crowd is not only fortifying the multifamily market, it's transforming once blighted areas into trendy residential neighborhoods." (Nice work, Eli: exactly 25 words, counting "post" and "graduate" as two words.)
