NAIOP Names John Drachman a Developing Leader

Congrats to Stillwater Investment Group president John Drachman, who's one of 15 young real estate pros to receive a 2015 Developing Leaders Award from NAIOP. Just last year, John founded Tustin-based Stillwater, which focuses on acquiring and managing office, industrial and apartment properties, and the firm's already been a partner in five deals with an acquisition value of over $140M. Established in 2006, the Developing Leaders Award "honors up-and-coming professionals under the age of 35 for their exemplary professional accomplishments," according to the org.
