Industrial Buildings a Bit Scarce

Good industrial buildings can be hard to find in North OC, given the vacancy rate of less than 5%, which makes finding functional buildings that fit a particular requirement—and which happen to be deliverable—very difficult, says Voit SVP Seth Davenport, who recently repped EMI filter maker Radius Power in its $3.4M purchase of the 35k SF 2895 Eastpark Dr in Yorba Linda (pictured). “Radius would have bought a building roughly 10k SF smaller, but that product type wasn’t available,” Seth tell us. (They're lucky the leaves had fallen off the trees or they may not have seen this one.)
