Baltimore-based Segall Group, a retail brokerage representing landlords and tenants, is opening up a second office in Rosslyn to help service its DC clients.
The company plans to open the 1600 Wilson Blvd office in July and to bring on three or four brokers, plus administrative staff to work in the new location, according to a spokesman.
Segall has also promoted Joe Fleischmann to principal and tapped him to lead the Rosslyn office.
“We are excited about our new DC metro office,” Joe said in a release. “This high-growth, rapidly urbanizing market represents an enormous opportunity for us. We are now ideally positioned to serve both established and newly emerging brands, as well as landlords who can benefit from our firm’s expertise.”
Segall was founded in 2008 and has represented big-name clients such as Chipotle, Panda Express, TD Bank and T-Mobile.
