Several new tenants from soft goods retailers to fast-casual restaurants have signed on to open in newly renovated space in the Mall at Prince George's in Hyattsville.

PREIT, the mall's owner, announced Monday it had leased 80% of the space it renovated at the 914K SF mall near the Prince George's Plaza Metro station.

The new soft goods retailers, expected to open in 2018, include DSW signing on for 16K SF, Ulta Beauty leasing 11K SF and Five Below opening an 8,500 SF store. Grand Jewels will open three storefronts: Alex and Ani, Pandora and Kendra Scott.

The mall also signed three new food and beverage users expected to open late this year or early 2018. Chipotle, Five Guys and Mezeh Grill will each open in exterior storefronts facing East-West Highway.

Over the last year, the mall has welcomed popular clothing retailer H&M and Flight 23 by Footaction. In addition to the new tenants, it will expand some of its existing stores, including Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret and Old Navy.

The renovations, expected to be complete before the holiday season, will enhance the outdoor entrances and upgrade the common areas and food court.
