Badgers on the Wharf

Spanning nearly a mile of continuous shoreline, The Wharf will be a badge of honor for every DC pirate. It's 3M SF will include high-end apartments, luxury condos, premier office and retail space, and a 3,500-seat music/cultural venue. (Sea shanties 24/7.) The Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association recently got an insider’s tour of The Wharf. PN Hoffman VP Jon McAvoy guided alumni and friends through the development model, construction site, and then Cantina Marina for some beers. PN Hoffman is behind The Wharf, along with Madison Marquette.
