Another Record Price?

We told you Friday about a potential record office sale that's coming down the pike, but in Crystal City, a record retail deal has just wrapped up. Choi Companies just picked up the 20-year ground-lease for the McDonald's on Jefferson Davis Highway for $7.4M. Colliers' Peter Block, Erik Suffoleto, and Bob Browning repped the seller, and say that the deal marks the highest sale price ever recorded nationally for a McDonald's ground lease.
