Foreign Money Heads to Dulles

And we're not talking about an airplane flight. Ritz-Banc Group co-founder Nasr el-Hage (here at a Bisnow event last year with J Street's John Protopappas) tells us his firm has just closed on Avion Lakeside A & D, a two-property, 116k SF office portfolio in Dulles. Ritz-Banc partnered up with Lincoln Property Co on the purchase and was additionally backed in the deal by a Saudi family. Sources tell us the undisclosed seller sold the portfolio for around $20M.
