A GROWING 'NOVA?

Villanova University is talking about expansion as well. Specifically: A multi-phase, $200M campus-wide expansion plan that would begin on Lancaster Ave, which for years has been comprised of a swath of parking lots. Villanova hopes to build a series of multi-level student dorms, new retail spots, and a performing arts center in the area. Students may have preferred that casino, but nobody's seems too upset.
