Federal Realty's Robin McBride has her hands full as COO of the REIT's Mid-Atlantic region, where many of its biggest properties and ongoing projects lie. But her territory also points south--she's in charge of the firm's presence in Charlottesville, Richmond, Chapel Hill, and even Florida. But if someone's gotta do it, why not an accountant? Robin's a CPA and also holds an MBA from Georgia State.
