CBRE’s Kathy Allgier has a new gig as EVP and operations director at MRP Realty, reports the WBJ. She previously oversaw nearly 30M SF of commercial real estate as head of the asset services group for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic region. Another move is capital markets expert Tom Ikeler, becoming EVP and principal at PN Hoffman. He’s spent the last four years as Penzance managing director of capital markets, where he helped piece together complex deals like a JV with Invesco on its 3001-3003 Washington Blvd. project in Clarendon.
