Matan Plans Major Renovation for 143k SF Tysons Building

Matan Cos. has received financing from EagleBank and has plans for a major renovation of its 143k SF building in Tysons Corner. At 1750 Old Meadow Rd, it's within walking distance to the McLean Silver Line.

GTM Architects is handling the design for the estimated $5M to $6M in renovations that include a new lobby, conference facilities, common area, fitness center and plaza area.

Once complete, the building will be rebranded as 1750 Tysons East. It's fully leased by SageNet, which plans to relocate when its lease is up in April 2016. Earlier this year, Matan brought Cushman & Wakefield on board to handle leasing for the building. [WBJ]
