Cheers for a Cure!

Last night, we went to Dupont’s Public Bar for Cheers to a Cure, a commercial real estate fundraiser benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and to support Bisnow’s Whitney Cohn (third from right), who’s running for LLS Woman of the Year. (Click here to donate... there are only two days left!) We snapped her committee: American Society for Nutrition’s Allanna Wallace, Discovery Communications’ Shawnee Cohn, UBS’ Liz Ovits, Whitney, Bohler’s Sheila Nale, and Bisnow’s Marie Finnegan.

Guests enjoyed a festive happy hour with drink specials while networking with some commercial real estate folks, such as Sigal’s Sarosh Olpadwala, Cassidy Turley’s Angela Poliskey, First Time Mortgage’s Jake Ryon, and L’Enfant Trust’s Dennis Sykes. There was a Stella & Dot trunk show and a great raffle featuring Virginia winery tours. We’ll be at the Ritz-Carlton this Saturday to cheer Whitney on during the LLS Man & Woman of the Year Gala.
