Brokers Head Out... Again

Real estaters are coming out of hibernation from a nasty winter. There were so many great events last week that we didn't have room to show you all of them. First up: on Thursday night, over 300 hit up the Warner Building rooftop for a Real Estate Group event, including Clarion Partners' Ashley Brown, Studley's Kim Roth, and JBGR Retail's Ashley Scanlon (as well as some large obelisk photobombing them). Retail guru Kim tells us she's excited about the Savills-Studley merger, while Bethany says she just signed a new 9,601 SF beer garden concept for JBGR Retail's Garfield Park in Clarendon. Ashley's working on the lease up of the apartments at the Walmart-anchored 77H, which the firm acquired last year, as well as an apartment development deal in Miami.

On Friday morning, Colliers' Jeff Tarae, David Gast, and Kat Camacho showed off their new listing at 8300 Greensboro Dr/1600 International Dr in Tysons. Rocking the Cinco de Mayo theme, Jeff, David, and Kat served up breakfast burritos and treated brokers to bottles of Patron. David tells us the team (repping owners Quadrangle and American Realty Advisors) has spaces ranging from 2,000 SF to 20k SF at the two buildings.
