Bisnow Scoop: Institute for Justice Re-Ups in Ballston

Cresa's Mindy Saffer and Sam Heiber (snapped this morning) have just repped the Institute for Justice in a 29k SF lease renewal/expansion at 901 N Glebe in Ballston, Bisnow has learned. It was an early extension for the Institute, a law firm that represents individuals whose most basic rights are denied by the government. Piedmont Office Realty Trust purchased the 323k SF building in 2013 for $175M.
