This morning, Cresa announced it's arranged a new long-term deal for law firm Paley Rothman at 4800 Hampden Lane in Bethesda. Cresa says Paley Rothman had scanned the market for 18 months before deciding to stay put at Spitzer Engineering's 4800 Hampden, where its resided since 1986. (We call that search and return The Rumspringa.) Cresa's Matt Ward and Jon Olmstead repped Paley Rothman; the firm occupies almost 30k SF at the building.
