Rockrose Development scored another tenant for its 1150 18th St, announcing yesterday it's signed tax services firm Ryan to a small lease on the fifth floor. The deal brings 1150 18th to 95% leased. (And 100% closer to staying open late on April 15.) Cassidy Turley's Will Stern, Eli Barnes, Richard Tonner, and Kate Oelschig repped Rockrose.
