Concert Gets Green Light For False Creek Master-Planned Community

Concert Properties has received conditional development permit approval for the first condominium building at The Creek, a master-planned community on one of the city's last remaining waterfront sites. The development will comprise four condo towers and a purpose-built rental building on a six-acre property adjacent to Science World and the Seawall in Southeast False Creek. The community will have semi-public gardens, courtyards and a playground, plus a public plaza and three acres of public park space.
