Surrey’s Central City has won BOMA BC’s Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award, which recognizes the mixed-use development's industry-leading management, operations, energy efficiency, design, tenant relations and community impact. Central City has 140 retailers—anchored by B.C.’s first Bed Bath & Beyond—a 350k SF Simon Fraser University campus, and 560k SF office tower, all with SkyTrain access. Central City advances to the national awards gala in September in Quebec City.
