Oxford Properties Group and partner Crown Acquisitions have completed a 175k SF lease extension through 2035 with the National Basketball Association at Manhattan’s Olympic Tower (645 Fifth Ave). The NBA’s decision to renew its lease for the long term “underlines the quality and appeal of the building,” said Oxford SVP Andrew Trickett, adding the deal also reinforces the reasons Oxford and Crown have committed to a significant modernization of the Olympic Tower lobby and public realm.
