Ivanhoé, Callahan Buy Four Beacon Office Properties for $225M

Ivanhoé Cambridge and Callahan Capital Properties have acquired from Beacon Capital Partners a 100% interest in Channel Center, a 251k SF, three-building, interconnected brick-and-beam property in Boston's Seaport District; and a 100% interest in 410 17th St, a 24-storey, 434k SF building in downtown Denver. As part of the deal, worth US$225M, the partners are under contract to acquire two additional office properties: a 100% interest in 180 North LaSalle St in Chicago, and the remaining 51% interest in 330 Hudson St in New York's Hudson Square.
