Ex Allied EVP Makes First Two Acquisitions In New Venture

Former Allied Properties REIT EVP Wayne Jacobs just made the first two acquisitions in a new venture, C2 Properties. He bought 160 John St, a 22k SF, five-storey brick-and-beam building, just south of Queen Street West; and 580 King St W, an 18k SF brick-and-beam building (above), with a rear parking lot accessed off Portland Street. Both properties were acquired from The Pearl Group.
