Guy Lafleur Helps Sell Canderel's Montreal Condo

Montreal Canadiens legend Guy Lafleur was on hand for the opening of the condo sales centre for Phase 2 of Tour Des Canadiens, a JV involving Cadillac Fairview, Canderel, Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ and Montreal Canadiens Hockey Club. Here’s Guy, who chatted with potential buyers and signed autographs, with Canderel SVP Daniel Peritz. Boasting a sculpted, icicle-inspired design, 37-storey Tour Des Canadiens 2 will be directly connected to Montreal’s largest intermodal transit hub and to the RESO Underground City, with a bridge providing covered access to Bell Centre. This is the latest phase of CF’s Quad Windsor, a $2B, 5M SF mixed-use development.
