Anthem Properties Group has partnered with a Canadian institutional investor to acquire Grandview Properties Park on the Vancouver-Burnaby border, one of the region’s largest private land deals in two years, according to Anthem. CEO Eric Carlson says the 5.3-acre site—with 288k SF of fully leased space and tenants including Walmart, Roots and Vancouver Film Studio—offers “excellent long-term redevelopment potential,” with a central location and access to SkyTrain and two major transportation routes, including the Trans-Canada Highway. Anthem owns 4M SF of CRE across BC and Alberta, and in Sacramento, CA.
