Greybrook JVs With Marlin Spring On Oshawa Low-Rise Development

Greybrook Realty Partners is investing $10.9M to acquire and manage development of 250 Harmony Road S in Oshawa. Plans call for the former school site — co-owned with Marlin Spring Developments, which we spotlighted here — to be developed into a residential community of 56 detached homes and 114 townhomes. The property is close to transportation infrastructure, including Highway 401 and a GO Transit / VIA Rail station. Greybrook private capital markets director Alex Riajskikh noted the record demand for detached homes across the GTA, and pointed to Oshawa’s knowledge-based workforce and diversifying economy.
